CONCORD — The holidays can be difficult for individuals and families who have lost loved ones. Recently, home health and hospice agency Granite VNA introduced a new campaign that will provide an opportunity for community members to pause during a typically busy time of year to remember those who are no longer with us. Granite VNA’s Season of Remembrance, is a reimagined campaign that celebrates hospice services and remembers community members who have died by placing their names on an online honor roll.

“At Granite VNA, we believe deeply in offering our community an opportunity to remember loved ones during the holiday season,” said Granite VNA Director of Donor Relations Melissa Howard. “We’re inviting the community to help us continue this important tradition of taking time to remember those we have lost.” Through the Season of Remembrance — formerly known as Lights, Life & Memories — Granite VNA invites community members to submit names of those who have passed away to be inscribed on an online honor roll, viewable on granitevna.

Donations over a certain amount to support the agency’s hospice services will receive a special hand-blown glass keepsake ornament created by craftsman and Granite VNA home care physical therapy assistant Jeff Lamy of New Boston.
