With these new measures in place, it is now more convenient and secure for Malaysians to travel to Saudi Arabia.
Using the “Visit Saudi” platform or upon arrival at Saudi entry points, they can easily acquire an electronic visit visa. This visa allows multiple entries and permits a stay of up to 90 days per year. Visitors can perform Umrah, pray at the Prophet’s Mosque, and visit the esteemed Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifah by booking in advance through the unified government platform “Nusuk.
” The strong connection between Saudi Arabia and Malaysia, rooted in shared religious values and close fraternal ties since the establishment of their respective embassies in 1961, has led to exceptional facilitation measures for Malaysians wishing to perform Umrah or explore the Kingdom.
