The celebrity cook said, "I could easily go vegetarian I think, not easily because I'd miss wobbly pork bellies and Chinese hot pots and things like that," sharing the inner foodie conflict he experiences despite enjoying more plant-based dishes.
He continued to share his culinary journey, expressing a desire for high-quality meats: "I'm eating more and more vegetarian food. I'd love to be in a place where you could just eat great quality meat."
