Hitec City stands as Hyderabad’s largest office hub, rich in Grade A office developments. The building, already featuring a substantial built-up area of 270,000 square feet, is set for extensive interior fit-outs led by SAMHI. With this lease agreement, SAMHI reinforces its footprint in Hyderabad, a city known for its vast and rapidly expanding office market.
This addition marks the fifth SAMHI hotel in Hyderabad, joining a diverse range of properties. Once operational, this upper upscale hotel will add 170-175 rooms to SAMHI’s Hyderabad offerings and will be managed by a prominent global hotel operator.
