Celebration of Life for Ryan Steven Luper, 46, of Austin (formerly Copperas Cove), will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at First Baptist Church.
Mr. Luper died Aug. 7, 2024, at his home.
He was born Nov. 1, 1977, in Junction City, Kansas. He was the son of Steven and Marie Luper of Copperas Cove.
He graduated from CCHS in 1995, attended CTC-Killeen and Sam Houston State University, Huntsville. In his spare time, he spent time with his family and enjoyed time in his beautiful flower garden and landscaping other people’s yards. Mr.
Luper is preceded in death by his father, Steven Luper. He is survived by his mother, Marie Luper; brother, Bob Luper; and nephews, David and Steven Luper. A time of fellowship will be held one hour prior to service at First Baptist Church at 300 W.
