Listen to Story Russian social media influencer Tatyana Ozolina was killed in a horrific motorbike accident in Turkey. She was 38. Dubbed as “Russia’s most beautiful biker”, Ozolina was known for her adventurous journeys around the world.
Ozolina crashed into a truck while riding her red BMW motorcycle on the Milas-Soke highway, Turkish media outlet Turkiye Today reports. She was pronounced dead on the spot even though emergency services arrived immediately. Onur Obut, a Turkish biker who was riding with her, was seriously injured and hospitalised for further treatment soon after.
A third biker present at the scene was unhurt. Authorities, meanwhile, are investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident. In her last Instagram post on July 18, Ozolina said that she was refused entry into the European Union.
