In a recent interview, based on the article in The Philippine Star, Ruru Madrid admitted that there is pressure to headline a series that the first season was a success and the rating that it could get. “ Siguro yung pressure naman parang, I guess yun yung hindi mawawala sa atin, ” the Kapuso actor said.
He admitted that he is keeping this up. He wanted to somehow feel that pressure in order not to be overconfident that everything is just okay. “Lagi mong gustong mag-improve, hindi lang sa pangsarili kundi sa kabuuan na bumubuo nitong ‘Lolong,’ na (sinasabi) na lagi may bago tayong maipapakita,” he said.
