Ruru Madrid couldn't be prouder of the success of "Green Bones" on its first day of airing in Philippine cinemas. On Instagram, the Kapuso Drama Prince shared the positive comments and reviews of the GMA Pictures entry for this year's Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF). He also snapped photos with his co-star Dennis Trillo during their mall tours for the film.

” Earlier, "Green Bones" earned positive reviews from film critics, vloggers, and the media. According to Aubrey Carampel's report on "24 Oras," on Tuesday, the MMFF entry received a 5 out of 5 rating from The Manila Feed, which described the film as an "MMFF 2024 Best Picture frontrunner." Directed by award-winning film director Zig Dulay, " Green Bones " follows a prisoner (Dennis) who is infamous for the murder of his sister and her daughter.
