NTR district collector Dr G. Srijana said the state government is constructing a drinking water reservoir at the cost of Rs 50 crore to provide protected Krishna river water to the residents of A Konduru, Gampalagudem, Reddigudem and neighbouring mandals in the Tiruvuru constituency. She said the reservoir will help address the problem of kidney diseases in this region.
