Conducted over a four-month period, the survey’s outreach was extensive, leveraging Travel + Leisure’s diverse platforms—print and digital editions, newsletters, social media channels, and travelandleisure.com—to maximize participation.
Respondents were asked to rate hospitality brands on multiple criteria, with the results aggregated and averaged to determine the final scores.
