After winning over the hearts of fans with their , fans are ecstatic over the possibility of and reuniting on the big screen once again. After their work together in the hit rom-com Anyone But You, Sydney and Glen could be joining forces for another film as they are rumored to be casted for the upcoming adaptation of Stephen King's dystopian novel, The Running Man. And while Sydney hasn't officially been casted for the movie, Glen has confirmed that he is already on board.

After Sydney and Glen's flirtatious dynamic on and off screen during Anyone But You, fans are over-the-moon at the chance of seeing the pair team up again. But Sydney put those rumors to rest during her Saturday Night Live hosting gig earlier this year, where she joked about it being the "craziest rumor" of her acting career.

And while she shut down the speculation, she noted the rumors were a testament to how well they can act together and hopes that they can collaborate again someday. And while Sydney might not be the leading lady of the upcoming sci-fi thriller, Glen has been confirmed to be taking on the leading role of Ben Richards. The upcoming film directed by Edgar Wright will be a remake of the 1987 cult favorite that starred the beloved Hollywood icon Arnold Schwarzenegger.

The Stephen King movie will be set in a dystopian United States during the year 2025, during which the country's economy is in shambles and violence is on the rise. The thrilling story follows the leading role of falsely convicted policeman Ben Richards as he participates in a reality show known as 'The Running Man' during which contestants earn money through evading a team of hitmen that are sent out to murder them..
