has worried fans after giving a stern warning while on holiday. The star, 26, has been taking off to the Adriatic nation of Montenegro for some much needed time off. It comes after his decision to leave Capital Radio following years of being at the helm of their flagship breakfast show.

As he enjoyed himself in the seaside nation, he has been keeping fans updated on what he has been getting up to as he enjoys his newfound freedom. In one snap, Roman beamed with smiles as he took in the beautiful mountainous view from a speed boat. However, in another pic, Kemp left fans concerned after he showed the downside of sunning himself in the Balkan jewel.

He went on to share a rather grim photo of himself, looking as red as a tomato in a new selfie. Appearing rather glum, Kemp's face was burned to a crisp as he laid on the bed trying to make himself feel comfortable. Penning in the caption, the star - self-aware of his mistake - said: "A slideshow of why you should wear SPF in Montenegro.

" Fans of the star were quick to show support for the presenter, with many flooding to the comments section to give him their best wishes for a quick recovery. One worried fan wrote: "Ouch dude, that doesn't look good; defo get some Aloe Vera." A second user added: "That looks sore!" While a third worried account tried to lighten the mood as they joked: "I remember my first holiday.

" Roman's own mum Shirlie was left floored by the selfie and also flooded the comments section with her thoughts on his slip-up. She penned: "OMG," alongside an angry-faced emoji to show that she was not happy with her son not playing ball with his skincare. Fans were able to chart the extent of the burn as he shared updates over the course of the day.

In one selfie, Roman appeared less enthusiastic about his trip as he smouldered to the camera, all the while looking very red. Things only got worse when he took his bedroom selfie, which made his burn look worse than ever. However, he was quick to reassure fans he would be pulling out the stops to make sure it would not happen again.

Roman's morning escapades come after he said goodbye to Capital's breakfast show after seven years. Explaining his decision to leave the programme, Roman admitted he did it so he could find a better work-life balance. Speaking to Bizarre magazine, Roman said: "In a way, you get your life back.

I went through a period of spinning too many plates and I think you come to a point where you want to know if your work is controlling you too much. "My work was controlling my happiness," he confessed. "I had no time to work out what made me happy - I was working constantly.
