Roger Carlisle, born on Nov. 8, 1954, in Westland, Michigan, passed away peacefully on Aug. 19, 2024, in Chandler, Arizona.
Roger was a man of wanderlust, spending many of his years traveling, though he cherished the time in Madisonville, Kentucky with his family. Roger’s life was marked by his passion for photography, his countless sunsets in the desert, and his love for the beach. He is survived by his Michigan family and sons, Tim Carlisle and his wife Teresa, and Joe Carlisle and his wife Janna; his grandchildren, Kaelin Hoagland, Bre-ann Roberts, J.
T Carlisle, and Aliah Carlisle; and his great-granddaughter, Margo Roberts. A private memorial service will be held at a later date for family and friends to gather and celebrate Roger’s life. His family requests privacy during this time as they reflect on his life and the happiness he brought into their lives.
