Rochelle Pangilinan is now officially part of the Sparkle family! On Tuesday, Rochelle had a contract signing event graced by GMA Network Inc. Senior Vice President Atty. Annette Gozon-Valdes and Sparkle GMA Artist Center First Vice President Joy Marcelo .
Rochelle, who was accompanied by her talent manager, Perry Lansigan, said it felt as if it was her birthday. “Natutuwa ako kasi lumaki ‘yung pamilya na ginagalawan ko. At sa tagal-tagal ko po sa GMA, talagang ang sarap mag-alaga talaga ng GMA,” Rochelle said.
“Excited po ako sa bagong chapter ng buhay ko.” Gozon-Valdes said she is looking forward to doing more projects with Rochelle. “Rochelle, thank you! Ang tagal-tagal mo na sa GMA, but ngayon, iba ‘yung pag-welcome namin because double-double na ‘yung pagka-Kapuso mo, you’re now part of Sparkle,” she said.
“Ang layo na ng narating mo. Ang dami mo nang roles na ginampanan, and lahat nagmamarka,” she continued. “And I’m sure marami pa tayong magagawa in the future.
Thank you and welcome to Sparkle.” Marcelo also thanked Rochelle, expressing excitement for the younger Sparkle stars. “Rochelle, we’re very blessed to have you.

” Rochelle currently stars in “ Pulang Araw ” as Amalia Dimalanta-Torres , the aunt of Adelina ( Barbie Forteza ) and Eduardo ( Alden Richards ). Prior to becoming an actress, Rochelle was an original member of the all-female dance group The Sexbomb Girls . The group rose to fame for their daily performances on "Eat Bulaga" and for their afternoon drama series " Daisy Siete .
