Lucknow: Six youths allegedly robbed Rs 50,000 and a gold chain from an advocate in Hazratganj area in a broad daylight incident. During the probe, it surfaced that the victim met with a motorcycle collision with the accused party, resulting in the ' road rage '. Advocate Dilip Kumar of Telibagh area was going to court in the morning on Saturday when six miscreants on three bikes allegedly stopped him and started beating him.

"The miscreants snatched my chain and looted Rs 50,000. The incident took place in front of Tulsi police post," he said. The advocate said he was going to the civil court at around 10 am on Saturday.



"When I reached in front of Tulsi police post via Hazratganj crossing, the attackers, riding three motorcycles, surrounded me and executed the crime," he said. SHO, Hazratganj, Vikram Singh said that during the probe it surfaced that the bike of Dilip had hit another bike driven by minors whose parents were also lawyers. "We challaned them as they were minors, warned them and they were let off as per laws,” he said.
