But McGreary claims in his suit that the married couple have yet to pay back the money loaned. The new lawsuit comes just two months after Lisa was named in a lawsuit with Vida Tequila and her company Luxe Marketing over what a one-time friend says are a total of $410,842.36 in loans that were not paid back.

TMZ reported in June that Lisa is being sued by Bart Carlson, who is described as a longtime friend of the reality TV personality. Carlson said in legal docs that the New York-born reality star, who has lived in Utah for decades, asked him for funding multiple times between May 2010 and February 2018, amid critical financial issues her businesses were facing. Carlson said that because of his long-running friendship with Barlow, the two did not set a timetable for when the funds would be repaid.

Carlson told the court that repeated attempts to collect on Barlow went for naught, as she would tell him she was unable to compensate him for the past loans personally or with funds from the businesses involved. At the time, Barlow issued a statement to Dailymail.com in regards to the suit, confirming her one-time friendship with Carlson, and responding to his claims of a debt.

She said: 'Bart Carlson was once a business partner in a restaurant in Park City and, I thought, a friend. I am deeply saddened that he has decided nine years after our restaurant business ceased to claim that I owe him money. 'To be very clear, the claim that I owe Bart or his company money is untrue.

I pay my bills and obligations and I always have. In addition, Bart has no interest in Luxe Marketing or Vida Tequila and did not invest in either business.' The plaintiff, William M.
