The competition is designed to encourage emerging and established filmmakers"to explore the unique experiences of people, places and cultures linked to the shire".
Entries close on Friday November 1. A film screening and awards night will be held in late November. Categories include Adult Major Prize ($2000), Junior Major Prize ($2000), Adult Local Resident ($1000), and Junior Local Resident ($1000).
