A RESTAURANT owned by a Scottish Secret Millionaire tycoon has gone bust leading to job losses. It's understood the shutters were pulled down due to "financial difficulties". A spokesperson for the businessman said his team is "determined" to see the venue re-open as a bar and restaurant . They added: "We are determined though to see the venue reopen as a bar and restaurant and create a vibrant new business and new jobs on the island.

"However, we will listen to alternative offers and suggestions from interested parties who share our vision." The venue is currently listed for lease for £125,000 per year.

Tayside Aviation was bought in December 2021 by Mr Banks, the founder of Balhousie Care Group.
