It's understood the shutters were pulled down due to "financial difficulties". A spokesperson for the businessman said his team is "determined" to see the venue re-open as a bar and restaurant . They added: "We are determined though to see the venue reopen as a bar and restaurant and create a vibrant new business and new jobs on the island.
