A leading champion of women in the workplace wants to reframe the way we talk about middle aged women in the workforce. Jo Cribb has had a successful career in the corporate world, including as the chief executive of the Ministry of Women, and now runs her own consultancy firm, on top of several board and director roles. An advocate over issues like the gender pay gap, Cribb joined The Little Things podcast, hosted by Francesca Rudkin and Louise Ayrey, to discuss how women can get more out of their employer, and what value women bring as employees.
