Embattled rapper won't get back his luxury cars that the IRS seized. The musician had a couple of his cars parked in his Lake Worth home in Florida, hauled off by the government agency earlier in the year. Those cars have now been sold at auction, raking in more than a quarter of a million dollars to clear his debts.
Tekashi was previously arrested earlier in the year for a domestic violence incident involving his girlfriend. Both vehicles were customized with a distinctive rainbow paint splatter wrap, which seemed to have been applied by Tekashi himself when he first purchased them. It remains unclear if the auction included other vehicles owned by the rapper.
Additionally, the total proceeds of $260,543 from the car sale have yet to be confirmed as sufficient to cover the rapper's outstanding debt.
