RANT to the Seattle Police Department for not enforcing Seattle’s 72-hour city street vehicle parking limit. Vans have been parked on my Central District street for months without movement. Complaints have been filed, but nothing gets done.
Enforce the law so that people who obey the law have available street parking. RAVE to the very attentive and caring staff at a recent Mariners game who took such good care of me when I misjudged a home-run fly ball and it struck me in the face. There was lots of blood but no other significant damage.
The ushers, medical team and guest services reps checked me out, treated me for shock, offered to keep my car in the garage if I needed to be transported (didn’t), walked me all the way to my car and followed up the next day to see how I was doing. I even got the ball, thanks to more staff and considerate fans!.
