The Dubai Government Human Resources Department has announced that it approved a remote work and flexible working hours policy for all of Dubai’s public sector employees for Ramadan. The news comes in as Ramadan is just on the horizon and is slated to begin on Saturday, 1 March 2025 pending the sighting of the Moon. The policy is aimed at ensuring better working conditions for all employees during the holy month of Ramadan.
