Bollywood diva Rakul Preet Singh recently suffered a serious back injury at the gym. She sustained an 80 kg deadlift injury without wearing a supportive belt. Even though she felt severe back pain, the actress ignored it and continued her workout, which aggravated the injury.

Rakul updated her fans about her health condition through her Instagram story. “I did something foolish. I didn’t listen to my body.



I had a spasm and kept pushing it, turned into a major injury and I have been in bed for the last six days. I think it will take another week or so for me to fully recover. Thank you so much for all your prayers and wishes,” Rakul wrote.
