The third season of “The Mandalorian” and the first season of “Star Wars: Ahsoka” are both getting the Blu-ray treatment. Both seasons will be available for pre-order on October 31st in 4K UHD Collector’s Edition Steelbooks. The discs themselves release December 3rd.
[Source: ] Patrick Dempsey, who starred in “Scream 3,” has revealed he has had talks about returning for the seventh film saying: “I’m waiting on the script” whilst appearing on “The Today Show”. Dempsey played Detective Mark Kincaid in the third film. The last two films have seen his character mentioned and he’s confirmed to be the husband of Neve Campbell’s Sidney Prescott character.
[Source: ] Warner Bros. Pictured has landed Oscar winner Emerald Fennell’s new “Wuthering Heights” adaptation starring Margot Robbie and Jacob Elordi. Fennell wrote the script and will direct and produce based on the Emily Brontë novel.
Netflix had the highest bid with a commitment rumored to be in the $150 million range, but Fennell and Robbie were determined to get a theatrical release. Warners paid half of that amount, but committed to distributing the film in theaters globally, with a proper P&A spend and backend participation.
