How to make chicken, cherry tomato and mozzarella fusilli recipe: 5g basil 125g cherry tomatoes 150g quick cook fusilli One roasted garlic paste sachet (15g) One tbsp dried oregano 250g British diced chicken breast 1/2 chicken stock cube Two tbsp tomato paste 125g mozzarella You’ll also need: olive oil, pepper, salt Method: Firstly, boil a kettle, then heat a large, wide-based pan (preferably non-stick) with a drizzle of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken with a generous pinch of salt and pepper and cook for two minutes or until browned. Meanwhile, add the quick-cook fusilli to a pot with plenty of boiled water with a large pinch of salt and bring to a boil over high heat.
