This exclusive collaboration brings the rich, 100% Italian pistachio spread to life in a series of decadent offerings. Guests at QT Gold Coast can indulge in pastry delights, while QT Sydney’s QTea High Tea will showcase the magic of Pistachio Papi under the expertise of renowned pastry chef Adriano Zumbo. Meanwhile, QT Melbourne’s Deli QT will be transformed into a pistachio lover’s paradise, making this pop-up an irresistible treat for all who visit.



FIXX Café transforms into a pistachio playground with various mouth-watering confections by award-winning pastry chef, Daniel King. Layered and lathered with pistachio, expect triple choc filled cookies, caramelised half dipped flat croissants, macarons with pistachio crumb, and a viral-worthy Papi-filled cronut smash which will leave you feeling like you just landed in Europe! Every evening, Bazaar Marketplace will have an endless supply of Pistachio Papi spread to dip, drizzle and dunk a delectable line-up of desserts, seasonal fresh fruits, acai and velvety soft serve.
