An emergency incident is unfolding at Carlton Railway Station, southwest of Sydney. 7NEWS understands the incident was sparked when a pram fell onto the tracks about midday on Sunday. The public has been asked to avoid the area.

“Buses will be replacing trains - visit Transport for NSW’s website for the most up-to-date information.” Sydney Trains said replacement buses were being arranged, but none were immediately available. Trains are not running between Wolli Creek and Hurstville due to the incident.
