The 31-year-old producer, according to TMZ on Tuesday, was named in a lawsuit filed by a woman who identified herself in legal docs as Vanessa LeMaistre, who is asking the court to award her damages for her mental pain and anguish as result of the incident. LeMaistre told the court that in 2016, the tragic death of her son at nine months had left her reeling with depression .



LeMaistre said in legal docs that she got along well with the St. Louis native, whose full name is Leland Tyler Wayne, in the spring of that year during a group trip to Las Vegas . The Grammy winner subsequently asked her to spend time with him at a studio he worked out of in Los Angeles , LeMaistre told the court.

Music producer Metro Boomin, 31, has been accused of sexually assaulting a woman in 2016. Pictured in Paris this past June LeMaistre said in legal docs that she had seen Metro Boomin use large amounts of the drug codeine, with his friends warning him to take it easy with the dangerous substance. LeMaistre told the court that in a September 2016 exchange at his studio, she took a half of a Xanax tablet and shot of liquor amid her.
