ctor Prithviraj Sukumaran has made a major investment in Mumbai’s upscale Pali Hill area by purchasing a lavish duplex flat. The new property, located in Narain Terraces, costs a whopping Rs 30.6 crore and spans 2,970 square feet.
According to property registration documents accessed by SquareYards, the transaction was registered on 12 September 2024, with a stamp duty of Rs 1.84 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. The duplex also includes four car parking spaces, adding to the actor’s impressive real estate portfolio.
This is Prithviraj's second home in the Pali Hill area, as he and his wife Supriya Menon already own a luxury apartment valued at Rs 17 crore. Pali Hill, known for its celebrity residents, is one of Mumbai’s most desirable neighborhoods. Some of its star residents include Salman Khan, Aamir Khan, Sanjay Dutt, Neetu Kapoor, and Kareena Kapoor Khan.
In recent months, actors Ranveer Singh and Tripti Dimrii have also invested in properties in the same locality. Prithviraj has been making waves not only in Malayalam cinema but also in Bollywood. Earlier this year, he delivered a hit with the survival drama 'Aadujeevitham: The Goat Life', based on Benyamin’s best-selling novel.
