The Prince of Wales looked particularly dapper as he joined his father King Charles and Queen Camilla at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday evening. Prince William attended the glittering annual white tie and tiara Diplomatic Corps reception tonight, and greeted hundreds of dignitaries in the State Rooms. The Prince of Wales donned a brace of honours with his court dress and a series of medals pinned on his lapel.

Among them were the Order of the Bath, Golden Jubilee, Diamond Jubilee, Platinum Jubilee, and Coronation medals. Other honours sported by the next in line to the throne included the Most Noble Order of the Garter Sash and the Thistle Star. Prince William 's wife Princess Kate was not in attendance as she prepares for a major event next month - leaving it to Queen Camilla to stun with her flawless fashion choice.



King Charles's wife sported a blue velvet evening dress by Fiona Clare paired with an aquamarine and diamond tiara that belonged to the late Queen Elizabeth II. The stunning tiara was accompanied by other priceless pieces, including an aquamarine and diamond necklace and earrings from her own collection. She also sported the monarch's new 'family order', which a portrait of the sovereign normally given to female family members.

Leading the Royal Family at the event, which is widely considered one of the most glittery and important in the Royal Family calendar, was King Charles, who much like his elder son, proudly donned a white tie as well as his medals . The Kin.
