The award show returns to our screens tonight to celebrate its 25th anniversary. Since 1999, it has been held in association with The Prince's Trust, drawing support from celebrities and politicians who attend each year. Here’s everything you need to know about Pride of Britain 2024, from the broadcast channel to the voting categories.
The Pride of Britain Awards honour everyday individuals who have performed random acts of kindness, overcome adversity, and displayed extraordinary courage. Held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London, the event attracts a host of famous faces, including music legends, sporting icons, Hollywood stars, and beloved TV personalities. While the awards have been held since 1999, they were first televised on ITV in 2000.
The ceremony is organised in partnership with the Daily Mirror, TSB Bank, Lidl, ITV, Good Morning Britain, and The Prince's Trust. The ceremony was held on Monday, October 21, but it will air on STV at 8pm on Thursday, October 27.
