Brittany Mahomes has never been one to stay away from keeping active during her pregnancy. But according to Brittany, 29, there’s one exercise routine she is starting to struggle with. Sharing footage of herself engaged in various workouts via her Instagram Story on Friday, November 8, Brittany revealed step-ups have become increasingly trickier to pull off.

“Step ups — the one workout that kills me the more pregnant I get,” she wrote, adding laughing emojis. Brittany admitted she still enjoyed other types of workouts, including sumo squats using hand weights. “Sumo anything, sign me up,” she wrote on another video shared via her Instagram Story.



Brittany and her husband Patrick , 29, announced in July that they were expecting their third child. The couple are already parents to daughter Sterling, 3, and son Bronze, who turns 2 in November. It’s not the first time Brittany has shared her pregnancy fitness regime with her followers.
