The Riteish Deshmukh-hosted reality show Bigg Boss Marathi 5’s grand finale is at the doorsteps. Wild card contestant, bodybuilder Sangram Chougule had to exit the popular show due to a medical emergency. Singer Abhijeet Sawant, Jahnavi Killekar, Dhananjay, and Nikki Tamboli are the only contestants left in the house competing for the Bigg Boss trophy.

After his exit from the Bigg Boss house, Sangram Chowgule expressed his opinion about this game and whether he would go back to the show after recovering. He said, “I prefer to go as a host. I’ll try to host the show, but if Bigg Boss invites me, I will definitely attend as a guest.

It is not possible for me to participate as a contestant. I can’t risk my entire career for a minor victory after struggling for 25 years.” “It is not a game for someone like me.

I will not be able to participate in such a game by just lying and cheating. I truly don’t want to go to Bigg Boss. That game isn’t for me.

I just don’t get along with fighting,” he added. During a task in the BB house, the famous bodybuilder injured his wrist, due to which he had to exit the popular show. Recently, Sangram shared a post on Instagram in Marathi, which loosely translates to, “Due to some major injuries, I had to move out of the house.

I am carrying with me the love you have given me till date, and all your love will help me to recover soon! Thank you everyone for loving me in the Bigg Boss Marathi house! Your love and support are my powerhouse!” A post shared by Sangram B Chougule (@sangram_chougule_official) Everybody likes to work out in the gym to build their muscles, look good, and remain fit. Some people rigorously workout to tone their bodies, but have you ever wondered about the health risks related to bodybuilding? In the wake of bodybuilder Sangram Chowgule’s injury, let’s check out the risks bodybuilders face in the long term. Although having pumped muscles sounds admirable, continuous workouts for various bodybuilding competitions can cause extremely low body fat levels in bodybuilders.

It can also lead to hormone imbalances in the body and issues such as decreased testosterone levels, effects on muscle mass, libido, and overall energy levels in men. Women, on the other hand, may experience disruptions in their menstrual cycles, leading to conditions such as amenorrhoea. Prolonged training and diet can weaken the immune system of the people concerned, making you prone to many diseases and infections.

Extreme measures to reduce body fat can cause dehydration, which can put a huge strain on the cardiovascular system. This raises the risk of heart problems, including heart attacks. Because of the ongoing pressure to maintain their bodies, these people may develop a variety of mental health issues, including stress, chronic anxiety, depression, and eating disorders.

Rigorous training and dieting can cause nutrient deficiency, which can lead to problems like brittle and weak bones and vision impairment. This also increases the risk of osteoporosis and fractures..
