An award-winning tearoom in Rivington will be hosting Christmas markets for the fourth year. The Village Green Tea Room on Sheephouse Lane will open its doors for two festive dates alongside a neighbouring chapel. Each market will host around 15 different traders offering personalised gifts, Christmas decorations, books, dog treats, sweets, kids clothing and more, with stalls being split between the tearoom and the chapel.

People always really enjoy it.” Visitors will also get a chance to see inside the neighbouring Rivington chapel, which Jade said is always a topic of conversation with her tearoom customers. “They’re always asking about next door,” she laughed.
