m. on Wednesday night. He is described as a black male, approximately 5’9′′ or 179 cm, with a medium build.

He was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants. On Thursday morning, several police cars and emergency vehicles were on the scene and a large swath of the beach was cordoned off by police tape, but swimmers were still swimming in the designated swimming area. The beach officially opened for swimming at 12 p.m., with lifeguards taking their stations.
