PITTSFIELD — It was hard enough that visiting Bourne High School played 100 minutes of preliminary-round soccer before winning in a shootout Monday night. It then had to take a three-hour bus ride from one end of Massachusetts to the other. But when the Canalmen took to the pitch at Berkshire Community College's Gene Dellea Field, they were greeted by a Pittsfield squad that had its foot on the gas from the opening kickoff.
