ROCHESTER — EA Therapeutic Health, a physical therapy practice focused on adaptive rehabilitation and training, will begin offering services at a new location in northwest Rochester. "We're running out of space in our North Broadway (Avenue) location, and people, from a convenience perspective, were asking us if we had other locations around town," said Melanie Brennan, physical therapist and EA's founder and CEO. "So we started thinking about that.

. EA Therapeutic Health because our values align, and we saw similar trajectory as far as growth and helping people," said Dan Hoffman. EA's new space, located in its own room off of Northgate's lobby, will be staffed on Monday and Thursday mornings, starting in the next week, Brennan said, with the intent of expanding its hours as the clientele grows.

When the EA office is closed, clients can use a touchscreen kiosk in the Northgate lobby to schedule appointments. While EA's primary location is set up with adaptive exercise equipment for people with Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions, Brennan said the new space has a more ambulatory focus. "More pain-related (care), surgical recovery, maybe senior wellness, we can see them here," Brennan said.
