Although a production crew will be anchored offshore, ready to step in if absolutely necessary, they'll keep a watchful eye on Phillip's wellbeing as he braves the elements. Channel 5 has teased audiences with a sneak peek of Phillip's island challenges, reports Cornwall Live . One clip shows a shirtless Phillip waking up to a violent storm that threatens to destroy his makeshift shelter.
Capturing the chaos on his camera, he exclaims: "Bl**dy hell! Disaster has struck. Howling wind blowing through everything. "It's taken out all the front.
This is about to tear itself to pieces and there's still every possibility that it will. Wasn't expecting that." The gripping trailer also features a rugged, unshaven Phillip by a fire, candidly sharing that he's free to speak his mind with only the camera for company.
