The singer, 51, also had his say on everyone's latest TV obsession, Love Is Blind , revealing why he could 'never do it' - and says he can't wait for the Paralympic Games, praising the recent 'amazing' Olympics in Paris..

. I’m on holiday to Cyprus at the moment, and we’re trying a new part of the island called Akama. It’s so beautiful and the weather has been amazing.

After a few busy months, it’s nice to switch off and spend some time with my family. It’s just Emily, Theo, Millie, Arabella and I at the moment, but Princess and Junior will be joining us soon. They’re at the age they want to spend time with their friends and partners - but also don’t want to miss out on a holiday! On the plane over here, Arabella was a dream baby and didn’t cry once.

Some passengers came up to us to say ‘Your baby is so quiet’, we honestly couldn’t believe it. She’s been sleeping really well out here too, I think the Cyprus air is working its magic! It was Emily’ s 35th birthday last week and it was great to spend it in the sunshine. She’s such a beautiful person and is someone who always puts her family first, so it was nice for her to celebrate her for a change.

She’s the most incredible person and mother to my kids that I could ever wish to be with. Waitrose announced that they’re bringing back Tim Tams - I’m so excited! The minute I heard I went onto Instagram and told them I was on my way LOL. I was loving Penguin biscuits for a while but I think I might be converted back! When I was younger things like this would make me miss Australia but it’s my mum and dad I miss the most now, obviously.

I’m looking forward to tuning into the Paralympic Games next week - it’s always such a great sporting event. I’m in awe of the athletes taking part. Plus, the Olympics this year was amazing and so many people got behind it.

It’ll be great to see it happening again in Paris as there’s still so much hype. LOVE IS BLIND Emily is obsessed with Love Is Blind and, I’ll admit, I’m starting to love it too! I really liked the American version and the UK one is just as good. I’m just a bit sceptical about love being truly blind - what if you fall for someone and then it turns out they have a really annoying habit?! I could never do it but good luck to the contestants!.
