Police are appealing for witnesses following a serious A-road collision yesterday evening which saw two people taken to hospital. Two vehicles collided at around 6.20pm on the A346, near Chiseldon on Tuesday, November 26.

com/xwwTWHHoQd The A346 was shut at 6.30pm on Tuesday between Chiseldon and Ogbourne St George following the incident. The road remained closed on Wednesday morning while emergency services worked at the scene.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "A man in his 80s was taken to hospital with suspected serious injuries described as potentially life-changing. "A woman in her 60s was also taken to hospital to be treated for injuries not thought to be life-threatening or life-changing. "Any witnesses to the collision, or anyone who may have dash cam are asked to contact the serious collision investigation team on 01225 694597 quoting Log number 289 of yesterday's date (2/11).
