Sir Keir Starmer was given an additional £16,000 worth of clothes by Lord Alli, which was declared as money for his private office, it has emerged. The donations by the Labour peer were not previously known about and included £10,000 last October and £6,000 in February this year. Alli, the former chairman of the online fashion retailer Asos, whose wealth is estimated at £200 million, is Starmer ’s biggest personal donor.
