Justin is a Black Mouth Cur mix with an estimated birth date of 11/29/22. He currently weighs 57 pounds. He would love a moderate active family.
He enjoys walks, going to the lake, and car rides. Justin is good with other dogs but loves to play rough. He loves women but will take a few minutes to open up to men.
He is working on basic manners. He is leash trained and knows "sit", "watch me", "down", "stay", etc. He is just one smart cookie.
Justin has been neutered, microchipped and is up-to-date on vaccines. Goodfella is just that — a good fella! This is a staff favorite who has yet to find a foster or adoptive family since intake back in May! He and his three siblings (Vincent, Kiki, and Palma) were born stray and were picked up by a good Samaritan. They were covered in crusty sores and fat wormy bellies.
After weeks of treatment, they were finally cleared by medical staff and available for adoption. Unfortunately, Goodfella has spent his puppyhood in a kennel instead of with a family. Goodfella has an estimated birth date of 3/18/24 and weighs 25lbs.
The caretakers say that he is very sweet and relatively calm for a puppy. He is snuggly, mellow, leash trained, mostly potty trained, and overall, a good well-rounded dog. Goodfella does well with other well-mannered dogs, kid friendly, and cat tested.
He likes chew toys and is happy to watch movies on the couch or hike out back through the trails. He would make a great family dog! Bean is a Terrier/Australian Shepherd mix with an estimated birth date of 12/13/23. He has patiently waited at the SPCA of East Texas to find a forever home.
He is quiet, playful, and gets along with everyone. Bean loves playing and toys! He would absolutely thrive with an active family! He dreams of a family who will take him for walks, hikes, or lake days! Bean has been neutered, microchipped, and is current on vaccines. Addison is looking for her second chance after her family decide to leave her in a kennel behind a building with 9 other cats.
She is a beautiful 2-year-old domestic medium hair mix. She is still in the process of healing from her lifetime of neglect. She would do best in a quiet and patient home.
She does get along with other cats. Bubbles is a young domestic shorthair mix with an estimated birth date of 4/3/2024. She lived her whole life outside until she was rescued.
She has quickly come out of her shell as her foster mommy has taught her what it's like to be an inside kitty. She gets along with both dogs and cats. She would blend in well to a home with another cat her age.
She can still be timid so her ideal home would be with a calmer family. Bubbles is needing an indoor home. She has been spayed and is current on vaccinations.
