. According to reporting by The Hollywood Reporter , the new movie is from Columbia Pictures with Tom Gormican directing and collaborating on the script. It’s been in development for more than a year.
The new version of the story will center on “a group of friends facing mid-life crises who are remaking their favorite movies from their youth.” Reports have suggested that either Paul or Jack could play an “erstwhile director” who is working as a wedding videographer. The other would play an actor who is struggling to find his way in the industry.
