Paul Mullin has become known across the globe a Wrexham legend of the last few years. While he hasn't been his best this season as the Red Dragons moved up the pyramid into League One, the 30-year-old reminded everyone on Thursday that he remains a top class striker. Playing in gross, foggy conditions on Boxing Day at the Racecourse Ground, Wrexham secured a 2-1 comeback win over Blackpool in part thanks to Mullin's brilliance.

The Wrexham striker chested down the ball before volleying it with venom into the top corner without the ball ever touching the ground. Scoring just one goal this season before his Boxing Day blast, Mullin has lost his place in the starting lineup, making six-straight substitute appearances through November and December.
After a 57-minute goal-less start against Bristol Rovers in a 1-1 draw, Mullin was given another chance from the off against Blackpool on Boxing Day and came through in a big way.
