She became a highly successful Real Estate Broker specializing in luxury homes and was well respected by her peers. Her honesty and work ethic made her top in her field, and she was known for her commitment to excellence. The last decade of her career was spent with Galleria International Realty.
Loving the mountain region of Blue Ridge, Georgia, Patricia purchased and developed land for a multi-residential community, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for development. A sweet and loving sister, Patricia mentored her niece, Deborah Smith, in her real estate career. She was predeceased by her parents, Thelma and Jess Trent, and her brother, Phillip Trent.
She is survived by her sisters, Karen Smith, Kathy Rosenblum, and Annette Southern; nieces and nephews and her longtime partner, Rud Istvan. A church service will be held on Friday, July 19, 2024, at 1 PM at St. Ignatius Chapel, located behind the main church at St.
