Park Hotel Group , a leading hospitality company in the Asia Pacific region, has elevated its guest experience by introducing the Shiji Enterprise Platform. Grand Park Otaru, situated in Japan’s Ishikari Bay, became the first property in the group to implement this state-of-the-art property management system (PMS) earlier this month.

The Shiji Enterprise Platform was selected for its focus on guest-centric features, emphasizing the importance of maintaining secure and private guest profiles. This integration enhances Grand Park Otaru’s existing use of Shiji ReviewPro and Infrasys Cloud POS, furthering the group’s commitment to leveraging technology to improve guest experiences.
