Mumbai: A committee headed by the education commissioner has been set up to look into the financial burden of implementing the Old Pension Scheme ( OPS ) for teachers in the state. The decision was taken in a meeting of various teachers’ unions with chief minister Eknath Shinde, school education minister Deepak Kesarkar, and other officials, on Tuesday.
