K. who shared his photos to the Borneo Post, said he took the view from his house “I took it at 6.50am this morning.
It is beautiful, aggressive,” he said. “It has the layering effect of light in between, like sandwich. I thought it was a painting in motion and happened less than five minutes before dissipating,” said Dr Tan.
He added that this was the first time he witnessed such a pretty sight which he described as a picturesque sight of Kota Kinabalu worthy to be made into postcards, posters and wallpapers. “Maybe we can make this as the big picture in Sabah Tourism and document. Also print and hang in everyone’s house,” he said.
