Paddy McGuinness had fans wide-eyed when he dished on his plastic surgery history. Chatting with Keith Lemon in 2022 on the comedy show Celebrity Juice , Paddy was quizzed about any nips and tucks he might consider. Keith cheekily suggested his ears, which led to Paddy spilling the beans: "Oh I've had them done.
I used to have massive sticking out ears and I always had a problem with it." Shockingly, Paddy's ear-pin-back tale took a twist; the surgeon turned out to be notorious. "The surgeon who did it, I thought, 'There's something not right with these,' and about two years later, Panorama's on, doing an expose on rogue surgeons he's on it!" Cranking up the rumour mill in early 2023, gossip spread that Paddy went under the knife abroad during Christmas , but he swiftly quashed whispers with an Instagram video using a filter for a fun jab at the wagging tongues.
"I've come on here to address the absolutely scurrilous and unfounded rumours that I've had a bit of work done over Christmas," he clarified. "Yes, I've been to Turkey for a long weekend, but there's absolutely no truth in that I've had a bit of work done," reports OK! Paddy , famed for also presenting Top Gear and Question of Sport, is gearing up for a UK comedy tour beginning with warm-up gigs from Saturday 28 September. In a conversation with Tony Bellew on the podcast Club Bellew, he disclosed that his routine will cover new personal ground, mentioning his relationship with former spouse Christine and their kids.
