Outbox Media Powerhouse (OMB) successfully raised 3.5M pesos recently through “Thrive – A Symphony of Thriving Stories,” a fundraising concert featuring Ogie Alcasid, Lani Misalucha, Julie Anne San Jose, Darren Espanto and Acapellago. Anthony “Ka Tunying” Taberna, his partner in business and in life Rossel “Mrs.

T; Xtrapreneur” Taberna, and their eldest daughter Zoey, herself a cancer survivor, personally visited the Philippine Children’s Medical Center (PCMC) to hand the amount meant to benefit young people battling cancer there. At Thrive, Ogie serenaded attendees with several original songs, along the way humoring them with some funny antics. Lani, Julie Anne and Darren offered spirited performances of pop and rock classics.



Acapellago wowed those present performing a number of popular tunes. Another unforgettable moment was the touching performance of Zoey together with her sister Helga. Helga would go on to share how she was her sister’s bone marrow donor.
